My Back Massager is amazing!

Oh my goodness, I just got the Back Massager and it's fantastic! I've been struggling with lower back pain forever and this thing actually helps. Good chair, minor delivery issue

I bought the AI Massage Chair Model VD-8300. The chair itself is very comfortable and has a lot of features, truly a great addition to my home. Delivery took a little longer than expected for such a large item, about 8 days to Cape Town, and coordinating the drop-off was a bit clunky. However, once it arrived, the setup was relatively straightforward with the included instructions. The customer service folks were helpful when I called to track the delivery. Overall, I'm happy with the quality and performance of the chair, but the delivery could have been smoother.
